Training

Most of Ola's students started as her clients.

They felt what the method did from the inside, and wanted to learn to do it. That sequence is not a sales ladder — it is the reason her students are good.

You cannot hold a room for somebody else's nervous system if your own has never been held.

The route

How people actually get here

1

Experience it as a client

Through the group cycle, one-to-one work, or The Practice Reset if you are already practising. This is not optional in spirit, whatever the formal entry requirement says.

2

Decide you want to deliver it

Usually this arrives on its own, somewhere around the point where you start silently wishing you could do this for a particular client.

3

Expert Practitioner certification

Cohort-based curriculum, explicit training in the method and session structure, validated peer practice, and authorisation to deliver Reset sessions.

4

Master, and then Trainer

Advanced mastery modules with direct supervision from Ola, and beyond that the trainer level, which carries the right to train others.

For organisations

You can also train your own people.

Organisations can integrate the Reset Coaching© methodology in-house by training and certifying internal coaches or consultants. It preserves effectiveness and methodological integrity while removing the dependency on external delivery.

It suits organisations looking for long-term autonomy and scale rather than a series of engagements.
