Fast neuro-emotional regulation · Geneva and online
You didn't need self-work.
You needed regulation.
You already understand your patterns. You have read, reflected, possibly talked it through for years. And the same reaction still arrives on schedule.
That is not a failure of insight. It is a nervous system that has been holding a position for too long, and cannot hear an argument.

The part nobody says out loud
Understanding your pattern has never once stopped it.
This is the quiet humiliation of being self-aware. You can narrate the whole mechanism, name where it came from, predict the exact moment it will fire — and watch yourself do it anyway.
Most approaches answer that by asking for more. More analysis, more discipline, another framework, another practice held for ninety days. When the thing that is tired is the system doing the holding, more effort is not a plan. It is the same load in a different shirt.
Reset goes at the layer underneath the thinking. Not the story, not the willpower — the nervous and emotional charge that keeps a situation registering as an emergency. Lower that charge and the situation stops running the room. Nothing about your intelligence needed fixing. It was never the problem.
The difference, in her own words
Everyone else says do the work. Ola says the work is done for you.
We are taught that we must do something in order to get something. Action, then reaction. It is how most of life works, and it is why the personal development industry sounds the way it does: use this tool, take this course, hold this practice, get your mindset right — and if you do the work, eventually, you will feel better.
Her position is the opposite, and she does not hedge it. When somebody is seeking relief — mental, nervous, emotional — pushing harder is nonsensical. Solace is found through sustained effortlessness.
That is not a gentler way of saying the same thing. It is a different instrument entirely, and it is the reason people who have already tried everything end up here.
The work is done for you during the session. The change happens on the spot. Just show up and experience it.Ola Serhan

Four ways this tends to show up
None of these are personality. All of them are load.
Rest stopped working
You sleep and wake up flat. The weekend does not restore anything. Holidays buy a few days, then the pressure returns on schedule.
The head will not stop
Mental overactivity that has nothing to do with thinking too much. It is nervous pressure wearing the costume of thought.
Present at work, absent at home
You hold the line all day and arrive home with nothing left for the people you did all of it for.
The same reaction, on repeat
A specific trigger — a person, a meeting, a tone of voice — that still takes you somewhere you would rather not go.

What actually happens
A session is roughly eighty per cent not talking.
About a fifth of the hour is conversation: what has moved since last time, what tightened this week, what we are aiming at today. The rest is the Reset process itself.
You close your eyes. Your own thoughts, feelings and body sensations are the compass. We work in short sequences of a minute or so, with a brief touch-down between each one — how are you, what is there now. Within two or three sequences the system usually drops into a deeper relaxation. Voices go lower. People stop speaking in social habit and start speaking from what they are actually experiencing.
- No homework, ever. The only request is that you do not analyse it afterwards.
- No obligation to recount your past. You can, if you want to. It is not required.
- Closure is not a feeling I decide. It is you revisiting the situation you walked in with, and finding no charge on it.

What clients describe, in their words

What people say afterwards
“Reset© is absolutely incredible. The changes are both rapid and lasting. Ola demonstrates expertise and professionalism in her field, and I warmly recommend her.”
“I met Ola through a friend who had recommended her Reset© method. It seemed too good to be true, but Ola genuinely helped me — through her warmth and her clarity of analysis — to move past limiting emotional reactions, quickly. I recommend her wholeheartedly.”
“My experience with Ola has been very positive. From the first session, she allowed me to free myself from a blockage that prevented me from fully realizing my potential. A huge thank you to her for this release!”

Mostly, people who are still managing.
The people who find their way here are rarely in collapse. They are senior managers and expert freelancers, usually somewhere between thirty-five and fifty, still delivering, still competent, still the person everyone leans on.
They are also quietly aware that the margin has gone. That they are running on a reserve that does not refill. They want something that does not involve medication or stopping work, and they would like it to be faster than twelve months.

- Coming back to work after leave, and not landing
- Expats in Geneva who arrived and never quite belonged
- Leaders carrying a team through something heavy
