For individuals
When understanding isn't enough, regulation is the missing piece.
You may have already reflected deeply on your situation. You understand what is happening, what you would like to change, and even what you “should” do — and something internally stays tense, reactive or stuck.
That is rarely a shortage of insight or effort. When emotional and nervous activation persists, the system prioritises protection over clarity. Calm, consistency and choice go behind glass.
A different entry point
Not fixing the problem. Changing the conditions you meet it in.
Rather than solving situations or revisiting the past, Reset restores regulation — so what you are facing can be met with resilience, clarity and emotional steadiness. When regulation returns, movement becomes possible again.
Many clients describe leaving a first session calmer, more grounded, and less affected by something that felt heavy an hour earlier. The situation itself may be entirely unchanged. It is simply experienced differently. Emotional charge softens, perspective widens, and your own resources become reachable.
The difference, in her own words
You are not being asked to do more.
This matters most to the people who arrive here, because almost all of them have already tried doing more. Another framework, another practice, another ninety days of discipline.
Ola's position, which she states plainly: when somebody is seeking relief — mental, nervous, emotional — pushing harder is nonsensical. Solace is found through sustained effortlessness. The personal development field promises that if you do the work, eventually you will feel better. She says the opposite.
The work is done for you during the session. The change happens on the spot. Just show up and experience it.Ola Serhan
What brings people here
The usual reasons
Most people arrive with one specific thing and discover it was attached to three others.
Burnout, before or after
In it, heading toward it, or technically recovered and still not right.
Burnout recoveryAfter illness or accident
The body has healed and something in you has not come back to the same place it left from.
Returning to workA pattern that keeps repeating
At work, in relationships, in intimacy, in family, in parenting. The same reaction, the same result, the same weary recognition.
High emotional load
Carrying more than is reasonable and doing it well enough that nobody has noticed you are carrying it.
Self-aware and stuck
You can name the origin, the mechanism and the trigger. It has changed nothing. This is the most common profile Ola sees.
Expat isolation
You arrived in Geneva with everything on paper and it has not translated into a life yet.
Expats in GenevaTwo formats
How the work is shaped
The right format is never decided in advance. It is discussed together after the first session, based on your experience, needs and context.
A five-session format
For people who are broadly well-balanced and have identified a specific pattern that limits them — a recurring reaction at work, a precise relational dynamic. Focused work, repeatable regulation, consolidation over a short timeframe.
A twelve-session journey
For deeper or more entangled situations: heavier emotional background, long-standing patterns, cumulative stress, or a broader life or professional transition. Over twelve sessions identity shifts happen. You meet yourself under new emotional conditions, which changes how you think, decide, relate and act — even when the external circumstances have not moved at all.

A note from Ola
Working from your context
People arrive here from very different places. What matters to me is understanding your specific context — your stakes, your objectives, and how a situation is actually affecting you.
Reset Coaching© combines deep listening with a highly targeted neuro-emotional approach. Once we have identified the situation, the work focuses on restoring regulation — so clarity, resilience and forward movement can return.
This is not an open-ended process, and it is not therapy. It is a focused coaching intervention designed to reduce emotional impact and unlock resourceful responses, usually faster and more smoothly than people expect.
You will be met with warmth, precision and respect.
From people who did this
What changed
“Meeting new people used to make me panic and lose my composure. After just one session, I was finally able to meet new people without any pressure, and now feel that what I share comes easily and from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, Ola!”
“I consulted Ola after a bad professional experience. I doubted my abilities and felt constantly under pressure. Now, I no longer have negative feelings towards my former employer. I regained my calm and my confidence, and my anxieties disappeared!”
“My difficult past with my father cast a shadow over most of my life. I was constantly confrontational, or defensive. From the first session, I found a sort of confidence I didn't know I had. Today, I'm more open in my relationships and I believe that life can be good to me.”
Before you book
Questions people ask before they book
What happens during a session?
A Reset© session is a focused, guided process. We begin by taking time to understand your situation, what feels challenging, and what you would like to shift. From there the session works with how your nervous system is responding in the present.
The process is structured and contained. It aims to reduce emotional and nervous activation so that clarity, stability and choice become available again.
How fast will I feel change?
Many people notice a shift during or shortly after the first session — often a mental settling, a grounding, or reduced emotional intensity. The rhythm and depth vary from person to person. What stays constant is the focus on regulation first.
Do I need to talk about my past?
Not unless you want to. Revisiting or analysing the past is not required for Reset© to be effective. You are always welcome to share whatever feels relevant, including past experience, without obligation or expectation.
What if my situation is complex?
Complex situations are very common. Reset© does not aim to simplify your experience or reduce it to a single issue. The work focuses on reducing the emotional and nervous load that makes complexity feel overwhelming. As regulation improves, perspective widens and internal resources become more accessible — even when the situation itself stays multifaceted.
Is this right for me?
Reset© is particularly relevant when understanding, effort or reflection have not been enough to create movement. The best way to know is a conversation — without obligation or pressure.
Online or in person?
Both. Sessions run online across Europe and roughly four time zones either side, in English or French. In-person sessions are in Geneva at Aliotis, Boulevard Helvétique 30.
