The short version

Session content is confidential, without exception. Nothing you say in a session is shared with anyone, including an employer or insurer who is paying for your sessions. Where an organisation funds an engagement, it receives scope, attendance and progress against objectives agreed at the outset. It never receives what you said.

What is collected on this website

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking or profiling. If analytics are used, they are configured so that no individual visitor is identified, and no data is sold or shared with advertising networks.

If you send an email or book a call, the details you provide are used to reply to you and to arrange the conversation. Booking is handled by an external scheduling provider, which processes the name, email address and time you submit in order to create the appointment.

What is collected as a client

Contact details, appointment records and the minimum notes required to work responsibly across a series of sessions. Notes are kept securely and are not shared.

How long it is kept

Client records are kept for as long as there is a legitimate reason to keep them, including legal and accounting obligations under Swiss law, and are deleted afterwards. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted once the conversation has concluded.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address below and it will be actioned.

Legal basis and transfers

Data is processed on the basis of your consent and of the contract between us. Data is held within Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Where a service provider operates outside that area, appropriate safeguards are required of them.
